In Science Prep 5 have enjoyed learning about space and our solar system. After discussing how hard it would be to live on Mars, some of the children designed their own Mars Rover before building them out of Lego.
The other children have also been busy in the Science lab.
Prep 3 have been finding out about the different types of rocks on Earth and have been testing them to see which rocks would be a Builder’s choice.
In Prep 4 the children have been learning about the water cycle.
The Prep 6 children have been making electrical circuits and were delighted when they rose to the challenge of making a working set of mini traffic lights.
Meanwhile Form 2 have been learning about how different objects move using a paper fish and rocket mouse as their objects.
