On Safer Internet Day, our pupils explored how to use AI safely and responsibly, focusing on smart speakers and other smart technology. They took part in hands-on activities where they designed their own devices and discussed rules for safe and responsible use. Children learned about the importance of thinking critically about what technology can and cannot do, how to make safe choices online, and how to protect their personal information. The sessions also encouraged them to reflect on how their actions affect others in the digital world, promoting kindness, respect, and responsible behaviour when using technology.
