This was the first match for the younger girls as their previous one was cancelled due to bad weather, so they were very excited and eager to play.
Edenhurst batted first and after a cautious start, soon started to score half and full rounders.
When it was their turn to field they did so with confidence and demonstrated some good throwing and excellent bowling.
Both teams were evenly matched but our batting proved to be too strong for the Yarlet fielders and we ended up winning by 7 and a half rounders to 6.
Well done to all of the Prep. 3 and 4 girls.
