Thanks to the generosity of the EPTA, Prep 6 had a wonderful day out at Alton Towers.
There was lots of bravery and resilience shown by the children as some tackled their fear of heights and speed, along with plenty of laughter and screaming, mainly from Mrs Jones and Mrs Nash!
The children walked 12km throughout the day with no grumbles in their quest to get on as many rides as they could. The favourites were the big rides like Galactica, Thirteen, Wickerman and Toxicator, but they couldn’t resist finishing off the day with several goes on the Runaway train. Choo choo (their catchphrase of the day)!
