To celebrate the end of the spring term, we decided to try something a little different this year, and what a success it has been! Our Egg Scene Competition has truly cracked open a whole new level of creativity across the school.
The children have gone above and beyond, impressing us all with their imagination, effort, and storytelling. Each scene told its own unique story, carefully crafted with attention to detail and plenty of personality. From iconic movie moments to bright and cheerful springtime displays, and even scenes inspired by favourite sports, the range of ideas has been egg-straordinary!
It has been wonderful to see how much thought and care went into every entry. The creativity on display made judging incredibly difficult, as each piece reflected not only artistic skill but also enthusiasm and pride in their work. The children should be extremely proud of what they have achieved, they have truly excelled themselves.
A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this event so special. We hope this will become a much-loved tradition in years to come!
And finally… why did the egg hide? Because it was a little chicken! 🥚
