The Little Learners have been learning about different celebrations recently including weddings, birthdays and graduations. To give the children an experience they wouldn’t forget, they held their own wedding ceremony and reception.
The children all played a part: Layla was the beautiful bride in white; Archie was the dapper groom with his suit and tie; and Albert was the photographer, complete with hat and camera! We even had a visit from a vicar beforehand! The children all enjoyed the preparations and main event plus the wedding breakfast and disco to follow.
The happy couple then danced to Greatest Day by Take That, watched by all their friends. The children took turns to stand up and toast the bride and groom and give a speech.
