School Fees

Edenhurst is proud to offer a fantastic prep education at an exceptionally competitive price. Education, wraparound care, textbooks and lunch – all from £1,160/month*.

Affordable Excellence

Edenhurst is committed to ensuring we are able to offer the highest possible standard of education and care for all our pupils at an affordable price.

Our fee and care offer includes guaranteed wraparound care from 7.30am – 6.00pm, lunches and textbooks, providing exceptional value and convenience.

We offer flexible payment options, allowing fees to be settled termly or through an interest-free monthly payment scheme (spread across 11 months).

Interest-free Monthly Payments

Fees are invoiced termly (three times a year) in advance of each term. Our parents have the option to pay over eleven months of the academic year interest-free. This means that the fee invoice can be paid in eleven equal instalments, with payment in full completed by June.

Sibling Discount

Where more than one child in the same family attends the School or Nursery, the younger sibling(s) will be granted a discount of:
● 5% off Nursery fees;
● Youngest child (in school): Full fees
● Next eldest sibling (in school): 7.5%
● Next eldest sibling (in school): 15%
● Next eldest sibling (in school): 20%
● Additional siblings: discuss with the Head

When children leave the school, the discount will leave with them.

Former Pupil Discount

We also offer discounted school fees for former pupils – please contact us for more details.

Edventures Holiday Club

An annual subscription to our Edventures Holiday Club is available to Edenhurst parents, providing 71 days of high-quality school holiday childcare at a 50% discount. A monthly payment plan is available for those paying fees monthly.

Other Ways to Save

We are pleased to accept Childcare Vouchers and encourage the use of Tax Free Childcare against eligible care costs.

School Fees 2025/26

Additional Information

Interest-free Monthly Payments

Each term’s fees are divided equally into three or four monthly payments (4 monthly payments in Autumn Term, 4 monthly payments in Spring Term and 3 monthly payments in Summer Term).

Edventures Holiday Club

Day rate: £40 per day* or annual subscription of £1,420** (covers 35.5 days of holiday club plus an additional 35.5 days free of charge). A monthly payment plan for the Edventures subscription is available for those paying fees monthly. Parents who are not using the 11-month payment plan must pay for the subscription in full by the October half-term.

Early Education Funding

All children are entitled to 15 hours of funded early education. Some families may be eligible for up to 30 funded hours (a combination of universal and working-parent funding), depending on eligibility.

Tax Free Childcare

The Tax Free Childcare scheme allows parents to pay money into an online account. For every £8 paid in by parents, the government will contribute £2, with an annual limit of £2,000 annually per child. The arrangement is open to working parents, including the self-employed. The scheme is paid for by parents from post-tax and employee NI contributions: there are certain conditions (see below) in terms of employment and income that parents must meet in order to be able to pay into the scheme.

Eligibility

You can usually get Tax Free Childcare if you (and your partner, if you have one) are:

in work – or getting parental leave, sick leave or annual leave.
each earning at least the National Minimum Wage or Living Wage for 16 hours a week – this is £152 if you’re over 23.

This earnings limit doesn’t apply if you’re self-employed and started your business less than 12 months ago. If you’re not working, you may still be eligible if your partner is working, and you get Incapacity Benefit, Severe Disablement Allowance, Carers’ Allowance or Employment and Support Allowance. You’re not eligible if either you or your partner has a taxable income over £100,000.

Please note – Tax Free Childcare and Vouchers can only be used to pay for Wraparound Childcare and Edventures (Holiday Club). We are unable to accept payment for any school fees using these methods, and the payment will be returned to your account.
