|I qualified with a BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development in June 2015. I started at Edenhurst in 2015, starting in the Toddler Room and then moving to the Baby Room in August 2020. I was made deputy supervisor in 2018 in the Toddler room to start with and now in the Baby Room. I am the Nursery’s SENCO and have a Level 3 in Special Educational Need achieving a Higher Distinction. I enjoy creating and adapting activities that promote children’s development so they can reach their full potential.|
I am a very family oriented person, being the oldest of four. I have one sister who is 19 and twin brothers that are 9, help my parents a lot with the boys, especially with both of them being on the autism spectrum and that has been the driving force in my studies of special educational needs. I absolutely love reading and I read between one hundred to two hundred books a year. When I’m not reading I am going to music gigs and theatre performances, the best experience being seeing Wicked in London for my 22nd birthday! It was amazing!
My dream is to be able to go travelling all around the USA!
Random fact about me:
I own approximately 306 physical books and counting!
I share a birthday with my dog Ozzy.
I love dressing up in crazy costumes like a fox, parrot and blow up snowman, to name a few.
