Me professionally:
In 2016, I went to university in Sheffield to study a BA Honours degree in Primary Education and achieved Qualified Teacher Status in 2019. During this time, I completed many placements across Key Stages 1 and 2 and enjoyed planning fun lessons for the children in my classes. I then decided to gain experience in EYFS and joined Edenhurst in October 2019, working in the Early Learners room, where I love seeing the children learn and grow. |
Me personally:
I love to travel to new and interesting places; Venice, Cape Town and New York being my absolute favourites. As a qualified Brownie leader, I enjoy planning exciting day and weekend trips. I love spending time with my family and friends, looking after my niece and nephew regularly. To relax, I read many books and watch films as well as go on road trips to the seaside. |
Random fact about me:
I had the opportunity to teach in a township school in South Africa which was incredible. I can speak Spanish and some Chinese. I have completed the Duke of Edinburgh Award. |
