Me professionally:
I have been working with children for the past 14 years. I completed my BA Honours in early years education studies in 2008. I have lived most of my life in Birmingham where I had various roles as a supply nursery/playgroup teaching assistant/teacher for up to 3 years, then was promoted to work as a family outreach/family support worker for up to 8 years. Within my last job I worked as a senior baby room leader. I started working at Edenhurst nursery in 2020 and work in the baby room. |
Me personally:
I have 2 lovely young children who keep me on my toes most of the time, I have a girl who is on the autistic spectrum and a boy. On my days off I am a childminder and look after children in my care, also teach private tuition to children up to key stage 2. I love travelling to different places and countries ever so often, and love spending time away as a family. |
Random fact about me:
I was born in Birmingham and moved to Staffordshire within the last few years I used to love ice skating, but have stopped after children were born I once travelled abroad on a 17 hour long journey with my daughter who was 3 month at the time |
