15 Hours Free Entitlement

Currently, from the term following your child's 3rd birthday, the Government provides 15 hours Free Entitlement for all 3 and 4 year olds for 38 weeks per year only. This will be reflected on your invoice. Fees will be charged for weeks over and above 38 weeks for all sessions at our current rates and terms.

30 Hours Free Childcare

Edenhurst is registered to offer 30 hours free childcare for 3 and 4 years olds for 38 weeks per year only, which must be taken over 3 Full Days (8:00am - 6:00pm). To qualify for the scheme, parents must be working and each earning at least £120 a week (on average) and not more than £100,000 each a year. Please apply to HMRC to confirm your eligibility. Parents who are not eligible for the new scheme will still receive the current 15 hours Free Entitlement.

Tax-Free Childcare

Parents can use Tax-Free Childcare alongside the 15 and 30 hours free childcare schemes in England. This scheme allows parents to pay money into an online account. For every £8 paid in by parents the government will contribute £2, with an annual limit of £8000 annually per child. The arrangement is open to the self-employed. The scheme is paid for by parents from post-tax and employee NI contributions; there are certain conditions in terms of employment and income that parents must meet in order to pay into the scheme.

Childcare Vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers from Edenred, Computershare, Sodexho, Imagine, Fideliti and Care 4. Please enquire at the Office if you wish to pay by vouchers other than these and we will hopefully be able to accommodate your request.

Meals

The cost of meals in Nursery is £2.40 per day (£2.50 per day from September 2018) which will be reflected on your invoice.
