History
The first meeting of the PTA Committee took place on October 13th, 1986. Since then there has been a multitude of events for parents and children and many changes to the membership of the Committee whose continuing enthusiasm has ensured a regular supply of equipment for the School.

In 2008, the PTA became a charity in membership of NCPTA, the National Confederation of Parent Teacher Associations. The Committee Officers are

• Chairman
• President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Social Secretary

In addition there are up to 12 associate members of the Committee, including two staff representatives.

Aims

• To support the work of the School
• To provide a vital link between Parents and School
• To arrange social and fund raising events for the enjoyment of Children, Parents and Staff
• To provide equipment for Children in School
